How to Stop Doing Everything Yourself

Some workers, even bosses, feel they have to do everything themselves. It is excellent to know how to do the job. But it takes time and in general, it is a bad habit. 

A good worker will create a team around him. A good worker will know how and what to explain so others can complete tasks. 

Know how to do everything by yourself

But – Don’t try to do everything by yourself.  
Explain to colleagues and freelancers, use your time wisely and multiply your deliveries with the help of others.
